Resepi Kulit Karipap Yang Gerenti Jadik

Assalamualaikum and morning guyss!!
Have u get your breakfast??.
We just had  currypuff here..  alhamdulillah.


ni anak2 aku yg kelim.. Mama tak sihat.    Don't worry bleh diperbaiki lagi ye anak2..


Recipe???.   Here u go..

yield : 5 persons.

3 cups of plain flour
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup of oil - (heat the oil)
1/2 cup of cold water from the fridge
mix with 1 tsp of salt

1). Combine the flour and margarine in a bowl.  Use yr fingertip to rub the margarine into the flour mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

2). Pour the hot oil into the mixture. Pls use spoon during this process for safety purpose.

3). Add the water until u have a soft dough.

4).  Roll the dough into the small balls, flaten it and put the dough with the filling.

5). Close the dough around the filling. Twist the edge (for traditional way) or u can use curry puff mould.

6). Fry the currypuff in the medium heat, turning repeatedly so they get even heat until they're golden to brown.


nota :
minyak masak yg masuk dlm tepung tu tadi ai panaskan suam2 kuku je sbb nk cepat.  Air jgn bubuh semua.. sekira2 jgn lembik Sgt.

tandoori chicken from Mauritius
from Italy

of coz ni from Malaysia ler..
mana lg kann.. klu bukan dari I..
