I miss the old days when, if I had a fever, someone would serve me hot tea or at least say,
"Siannyaaaa, Sam sakit ye?"
Al-Fatihah for my late father, the one who was always so thoughtful in making me that hot tea. My late mother, of course, doesn’t even need to be mentioned—her sacrifices and care during those times are beyond words.
As for the one who always said those sympathetic words, it was actually my housemates. May they be blessed with happiness alongside their respective husbands now.
It’s truly heartwarming how even the simplest gestures of love and care—like serving tea or saying a kind word—can leave such a lasting impression. These memories remind us of the comfort and warmth we received when we needed it the most.
