9 Cara Menghilangkan Stress

Life sometimes hits us in the most unexpected way.. but we have to learn how to take a hit, brush off the dust, lift ourselves up and take it as a valuable lesson. 





So this is some solutions on  how to stay positive in these crazy situations..


Leave Everything To Allah


"Do not lose hope, nor be sad.  You will surely be victorious if you are true believers. (3: 139)"


So, calm down.  Do prayer as much as possible. The dua made at tahajjud is like an arrow which does not miss its target. - Imam Ash-Shafi’i.

Worrying doesn't change anything.. prayer does.  

Do fasting as well.

Ok guys... Cheer up!.  Trust him!.  Allah will either give you what you ask,  or something far better. Inshaallah.  The clean hearted always wins in the end... remember that.




Write on a piece of paper


Write on  a piece of paper the people, places and things that bother you the most as many resentments as you can. Make a 3 column list. Be true to yourself when you write this down. Make a list of people, places and things first.. then write down the reason you hold a resentment towards the people, place or thing. When you finish with that, make a 4th column on another piece of paper that says what was your part in the situation. Get as much down on the paper as you can. This will help you see everything more clearly.


Stop Talking About It


If you want to get over a problem, stop talking about it. Your mind affects your mind. It's difficult to stop talking about a situation until you stop thinking about it.

Almost everything in this world will work again if we unplugged them.



Bond with your pet


Get a cat.... as for me, my cat makes me feel better everytime I had bad days. Cats not only cute but  they are filled with love and they don't judge.

It can lowering cortisol levels in the blood. Cortisol is the “fight-or-flight” hormone that the body releases in response to stress. Wallahualam.


Things Always Get Better With Time

Something that you need to remember, things always get better with time.  Be patience. There is a light in every end of the tunnel.


Accept the things you can’t change

I am intrigued by the idea of learning to dance in the rain – it is an energising and important thing to do!

Changing a difficult situation is not always possible, and if that’s the case then it is best to accept and come to terms with the fact that you can’t do anything.

It might be difficult, but in the long run, it’s easier than railing against a situation we can’t change.  


Embrace all "good or bad situations" that's going on in our life.. don't leave any part of it behind.  Its give us the opportunity to grow and allow us the chance to be a problem solver and change maker. 


Foods

These foods inshaallah will boost your mood and will make you happier.  





Create new hobby

Do something different. Pick a new hobby and try something which you have never done before. Challenge yourself!


P/s :.  When the dust settles, inshaallah you will realize how little you need, how very much you actually have, and the value of human connection.
