Assalamualaikum and morning!
When you see someone is going through a rough time ....just sit with them. No preaching, no advice. Just be there.. because the saddest thing when you're feeling down is when you look around and realize that there's no shoulder for you to lean on.
(But faith in Allah is the major blessing which keeps us strong and happy.)
Kindness can transform someone's dark moment with a blaze of light. You'll never know how much your caring really matters.
Our purpose in this life is to help others, and if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them. Words has the power to reach the soul, choose them carefully.
Even when you yourself are also struggling or fighting with your own personal demons, strongest people will always make time to help others.
Sooner or later your good deeds never forget thier way to come back to you. Inshallah.. Aamiin.
