Stop overthinking. Instead of reacting to every thought, try letting it go. Your reaction is what keeps negative thoughts alive.
If it's Allah's will it'll happen and nothing will stop it. If it's not, He has a better plan. Have peace knowing that!.
Bear in mind that everything always ends up working out. Sometimes even better than we can imagine. Remember this when you feel like you're in a hard place or you feel like you're being challenged the most. Inshaallah. Your next chapter is going to cause some people to wish they had treated you better. Believe in where you're headed. See the bigger picture, jangan cuma tengok 1 sudut je, frame kehidupan itu kan besar.
Apabila peristiwa itu sudah lama berlalu baru nampak hikmah tapi kadang-kadang tidak nampak juga (masa itu sudah redha)
